Mairi Stewart is an Edinburgh based painter who studied at Edinburgh College of Art. Her work is inspired by her love of Colour and Pattern and her carefully considered compositions are informed by her imagination and memory. Mairi has exhibited widely throughout the UK and is an Artist Member of Paisley Art Institute. Her work can be found in many private collections in both Europe and the USA.
