I am a cook. I have always loved and been fascinated by ephemeral beauty, mainly in nature and in food – and also the mystery and magnificence of colour, scent and taste. This is always where my search begins and my aim is to find depths, to simplify shape and to give something which connects through a sense of provenance and harmony – a quiet transience caught in a moment in time prompting our sense of place.
