I graduated from Belfast Art College in the early 1980s with a degree in Fine Art and after a career in Graphic Design and teaching I now work as a full time artist/printmaker. My work is exhibited in various galleries in Scotland and Ireland. Last year I won the Roy Wood prize for excellence in Printmaking at the Royal Scottish Academy and this year won the Derwent award at the Paisley Art Institute. My inspiration comes from the landscape and its character and wildlife.
