Most of my inspiration is taken from remote landscapes and marine life. More recently I’ve been working on a series of large scale whale etchings celebrating the magnificent humpback whale. I work predominantly in the field of printmaking. Both the scale and the medium of etching allow the freedom to build up layers of line and texture on the copper plate.
I graduated from the Edinburgh College of Art and exhibit widely in the UK.
I’m currently based in Glasgow and make my prints at the Glasgow Print Studio workshop.
