Informed by the landscape and structures of the far northern highlands of Scotland where I live, each of my images attempts in some way to tell the story of the place and of humankind’s interaction with it over time. The printmaking medium of intaglio collagraph in which I work, with all its atmospheric possibilities, seems to be the most fitting way of conveying the beauty and mystery of these moments and locations.
