I am printmaker. I live in Edinburgh and am a member of Edinburgh Printmakers where I print the majority of my plates. My inspiration is the Scottish landscape – the coast, lochs, mountains, fishing villages, trees and birds . I travel around in a campervan making watercolour sketches of what I see. When I return home I use these sketches to make collagraph plates which are basically collages of different materials on a card plate – I then print small limited editions on an etching press.
