I initially started Leith School of Art on their Friday afternoon painting and drawing class and then progressed to the full day course. After a number of years I joined Jemma Derbyshire’s class in Haddington, advanced painting and drawing. Jemma then moved to Cockenzie House to an inspiring studio. I go to her Monday class of painting and drawing. My inspiration comes from the surrounding seascapes and countryside, also the gardens in all seasons.
